The God of War series is huge, its one of the most popular series ever and it makes Sony millions of dollars after every new release. The latest game in the series, God of War: Chains of Olympus for the PSP will be out in a few months and make Sony a proud papa again. The question on everybody’s mind was, will there be a God of War 3 on the PS3, well Sony has officially announced GoW 3 exclusively for the PS3, but don’t expect to see the game anytime soon. The game will be out in late 2009, possibly as a Christmas gift. It pains to think we have to wait that long, but judging by the quality of the previous games, the long development period is justified. Read more here. 
God of War 3 will support full HD, which means the game will be playable at 1080p resolution, it will also have some gameplay features which use the SixAxis control system and the infamous “Rumble”, for the uninitiated, the current PS3 controllers lack the rumble feature, a new controller due for release in a few months will feature rumble.
